Charge the customers of your cafe, club, shop, hotel, etc. when they connect their laptops, PDAs or any other mobile devices to your access point (Wi-Fi hotspot) and use the Internet to surf the web, read emails or chat via an instant messenger.
Setup point-of-sale (POS) for making walk-in and memeber sales. Use the inventory system.

CuteHotspot is a wonderful program for managing small business so you can easily charge your customer for the services provided. The application detects when any mobile device has connected to the Internet using your connection. It features an intuitive and user-friendly interface that allows you to customize almost everything in it in order to satisfy your needs and keep everything under control. It is available in multiple languages and allows you to create hotkeys to perform your tasks more quickly and easily. You will be able to create and edit all the 'users' including detailed information like name, photo, password if required, expiration date, type of payment, balance, pricing and other personal information. You can also create other products or additional services including printing, scanning, burning a CD-ROM, to name but a few, setting prices, barcodes, number of items, etc. All the tickets are easily created with just one click, and they can also be exported to MS-Excel and printed. They include random passwords for the different users, and you can clearly see how many tickets have been created, how many are in use or were sold. All in all, CuteHotspot is a comprehensive managing program for your business that will allow you to have everything under control. |

What's new in version 2.4
Export to CSV
Export most of the lists (tickets, sales, etc.) to CSV-files, which you can open in Open Office and other programs.
Custom ticket layout
Customize your ticket print layout, add/remove captions, add your cafe logo, etc. Edit tickets.layout file in the CuteHotspot folder. Preview ticket layouts.
Cut tickets
Print a number of tickets on the same page (e.g. A4) or cut every ticket (1 page = 1 ticket). The latter approach is useful when you print tickets on the receipt printer.
Minor features and bugs fixed
Minor improvements:
- New operator access option: top-up customer accounts
- No need to restart server any more when new tickets created
- "Run as Administrator" not required to register the software
- Sell items: fractional quantities
- Options value field size increased
Bugs fixed:
- "List index..." error when adding inventories
- Incorrect redirect link
- Receipt. Font color not saved |
